The complex of modern and comfortable houses Kosmaj gardens is for now our most ambitious project in which we have managed to inscribe all the values ​​that characterize our construction.

Kosmaj gardens enable coexistence with nature, surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests of this gentle mountain, only 50 km from Belgrade and it consists of 38 individual residential buildings, houses intended for family housing.

The complex of houses in the Kosmaj gardens was built keeping in mind the needs of the modern family, so that it would be a place to which we gladly return and reluctantly leave. That is why there is a place for socializing, sports activities and a park for children.

Kosmaj gardens is also a place of safety and comfort of the family, a closed type community with controlled access where all plots are connected by a network of internal roads and equipped with accompanying communal infrastructure…
